New Livery For Anglian's X229WRA

Correspondent Tim Miller reports that Anglian's former Konectbus Optare Excel X229WRA is currently having work undertaken at Car & Commercials in Beccles to correct a previously imperfect repair around its windscreen

On completion the opportunity will then be taken to repaint X229 into a new colour scheme. First thoughts are that it will be similar to the Konect livery but will have a yellow top with a blue and grey skirt. It should appear in its new guise sometime next week

The latest arrivals are expected to be similarly treated but it is anticipated that existing vehicles will not be retrospectively painted
