Trident's Further Use?

Our regular correspondent Tim Miller reports the arrival of withdrawn Anglianbus Trident X386NNO at Car & Commercials yard at Beccles earlier this week

As she was only recently re-engined and has three years before the DDA takes effect, it has been decided to undertake modification work prior to further service

Work has already commenced on removing the centre doors and rearranging the seating with the ramp being moved to the front of the bus

It is unclear at the moment if other Tridents will follow suit and whether she will continue to be used by Anglian or transferred to another operator within the Go Ahead group
