Konectbus Developments

As most of you will know by now, Konectbus have absorbed the operations of the other Go Ahead subsidiaries in East Anglia. They had already subsumed Anglianbus operations in November 2017.

The service registrations changed in late December and Konectbus discs have apparently been carried since that time. However, the Chambers and Hedingham fleetnames will remain in use for the present time.

In addition, the withdrawn vehicles have been removed from the Sandy Lane premises in Beccles, some to a another site off Benacre Road and some to Alpha Recovery of Weetslade in Cramlington for scrap. The new site is not accessible by the public and vehicles are being operated from there with the PVR being six.
