Following the publication of today’s Notices and Proceedings Report published by the East of England Traffic Commissioner.there are no changes to report on bus services in our local area.
However, one thing I missed in last week's report was notice of a Public Inquiry in Cambridge on 5th December 2019 concerning Suffolk Norse Limited of Goddard Road Ipswich. The hearing will consider possible disciplinary action under Section 17 of the 1981 Public Passenger Vehicles Act and Section 28 of the 1985 Transport Act. Consideration is also being given to the Transport Managers Repute under Schedule 3 of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act of 1981.
