Regular contributor Mark Doggett paid a visit to Ensign Bus a couple of days ago and came across a few ex Eastern Counties vehicles awaiting their fate.
First up is Volvo B7TL 30948 YJ51RRV looking very sorry for itself having its engine removed and being robbed for spares by the looks of it.
Next up are former Essex and Eastern Counties Scania/Wright Solar 65690 YS03ZKK which is currently up for sale along with Volvo B7L 66344 MV02VCX which spent a varied career around the UK with Manchester, Northampton and Eastern Counties.
Also present was former Ipswich Buses Optare Olympus bodied Scania N230UD 68 YJ60KGX

Nice pictures. YS03 ZKK is a scania wright solar not a volvo... I always get them confused! This one has a scania logo at the front.
