After an abscence of two years due to the covid pandemic the annual Ipswich to Felixstowe Road Run & Rally took place on Sunday May 1st. Luckily for us David Warren was on hand with his camera to show some of the buses and coaches that took part.
First is former Eastern National Bristol VR KOO790V, a regular on the local rally scene over the past few years.
Former Ipswich Corporation AEC Swift JRT82K in the ownership of the Ipswich Transport Museum, one of two swifts noted in use, the other being very familiar to blog readers i am sure!
Former GYT Swift WEX685M of course being the other one, looking superb as always.
Lodge's Coaches had a couple of vehicles out and one was this lovely Bedford Duple Vega MJB481
Finally we see Routemaster WLT613 which was recently aquired by the East Anglian Transport Museum at Carlton Colville seen here complete with its new homes destination fitted.
