BorderBus Trainer Available

Earlier this afternoon BorderBus tweeted that its recently acquired East Lancs Myllennium bodied Scania L94 was finally available for driver training duties. YU02 GHA was purchased via Beestons in early June having served as a driver trainer at Hedingham, The operator is currently offering driver training courses.

In other BorderBus news, the more observant of you will have noticed the absence of ADL Enviro200 106 YX12 AKP and Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TL 200 LF52 ZPB from Bus Times listings. Both have had engine bay fires and were uneconomic to repair so written off by Insurers. Ironically the former has just been refurbished at great expense and recently returned to duties.
