Anglian's 60 bus route, between Beccles and Pleasurewood Hills via Lowestoft Town Centre, is usually the preserve of Optare Solos

Today, however, the service was entirely operated by deckers with three vehicles required to operate the twenty minute frequency schedule.

Regular correspondent Syd Eade observed the workings and sends

photos of two of the buses involved

One was former Konectbus East Lancs bodied Dennis Trident 721 W821NNJ, still in its previous operator's livery.

Also observed was Scania OmniCity 552 AO57HCD complete with its 588 Halesworth - Norwich branding (now the 88)

My thanks to Syd for the report and photos and also to Sam Larke for spotting the 'deliberate mistake'!
