Service Disruption

First Volvo Olympian 34186 S686AAE was one of those
negotiating the roadworks yesterday

Southbound bus services to and from Gorleston and beyond were severely disrupted by roadworks on Southtown Road yesterday

Whilst waiting for almost thirty minutes for a No 8 service to Great Yarmouth, I saw three deckers on the route heading for the James Paget Hospital within minutes of each other (Remember the old saying - never see one for ages then three come at once!)

In the end I gave up and walked to the High Street!


Both First and Anglian services were adversely affected and the operators kept the public informed through the means of social media.
