The 78 seat decker joined the Konectbus fleet in early 2013 receiving its new livery. Later that year, and during early 2014, it saw active duty with Anglianbus to be later followed by an inter group transfer to Hedingham where it stayed until withdrawal. It continued in Konectbus colours during the moves
W821NNJ was subsequently acquired by the Purfleet dealer Ensign in March 2019 to be followed a month later by a one way journey to Shelton Motors of Ramsey in Cambridgeshire.
