Ormesby Diversion
Roadworks on North Road & Decoy Road in the village of Ormesby St Margaret today led to the 1 service between Martham & Lowestoft being diverted as the normal route from Hemsby was blocked meaning the buses were run back to Ormesby via Scratby Road and Yarmouth Road to collect passengers on the opposite side of the road at the Royal Oak then head back to Yarmouth along the Ormesby bypass and onto Caister . This caused some confusion to passengers wanting the bus to Martham as buses turned up showing Lowestoft!
