Border Bus New Arrival

Noted at the Border Bus premises at Moor Business Park in Beccles during early yesterday evening was this newly painted Scania N230UD

Registered YR61 RPX, it was until recently with Ipswich Buses who acquired it from Metroline in late March 2018. It received its Ipswich colours some three months later (Latest Ipswich Repaint - 3rd July 2018)

It is believed to be required to provide additional cover to operate the new 522 Aldeburgh to Saxmundham and Peasenhall to Leiston services and will no doubt receive a cherished BUS registration plate in due course.

    Im suprised Ipswich Buses sold this ecker as they have older lowlanders

    Of the 17 ex-London Omnicities taken into the Ipswich fleet, the last two, YR61 RPX and YR61 RVA, came on lease rather than being bought
